- Eligible Participants: Official Members of VERIVERY OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP ‘VERRER’

- Data Collected by: Jellyfish Entertainment

- Data to be Used by: YES24

- Data Collection Purpose: Provision of information for b.stage members’ preorder benefits for ‘2025 VERIVERY FANMEETING 'Hello VERI Long Time' 

- Collected Data: Name, Date of Birth, Membership Number, Contact Information

- Information Usage & Retention Period: Survey Submittal ~ End of Performance

  1. Please submit your name exactly as it is written on your ID card and/or passport.
  2. The information on your survey, YES24 ticket purchaser information, and ID must all match exactly.
  3. In case of underage members who have joined under their parents’ and or guardians’ name, you must show a Family Relationship Certificate as proof.
  4. In case of foreigners, please submit your name exactly as written on your passport.

  1. Please provide your phone number with the ‘-’ included (E.g. 010-1234-5678)


[Precautions]

- You must agree to and submit the survey if you wish to participate in the b.stage membership ticket presales.

- You cannot submit the survey past the submittal period. Please make note of the time window if you wish to participate.

- You have the right to deny approval for the provision of information to third parties. However, in such cases you may not be able to receive the YES24 ticket presale benefits.

- The information submitted on your survey may be revised during the submittal period. However, no revisions can be made past the submittal period, so please take note of the time window.

- You must complete both the survey and the b.stage membership verification through YES24 in order to participate in the ticket presales.

- We hold no responsibility for any issues that occur as a result of providing the required information in an incorrect format due to not reading the guidelines and precautions above.
